About the Role – Team Coordinator (Content Writing Division)

You will be responsible for coordinating content creation within the company. The role involves supervising the writing team, ensuring high-quality and accurate content, conducting quality checks, and managing the submission process to clients while upholding our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track content creation tasks
  • Supervise the writing team and ensure high-quality outputs
  • Conduct quality checks and revisions
  • Maintain and update checklists and documentation
  • Provide regular progress updates
  • Liaise with the editing team when necessary
  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Sinhala, or Tamil
  • Strong grammar and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and basic social media handling
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Strong leadership, patience, and team management skills
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours if needed

Work Terms

  • Work-from-home for the first 2 months
  • First 3 months will be considered an internship period
  • Transition to full-time based on performance
  • Salary: To be discussed during the interview
