Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop procurement plans.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations, company policies, financial goals, and ethical standards.
- Use data-driven insights to improve procurement processes and strategies.
- Work closely with the storekeeping, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and vendor negotiation.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and procurement software.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
