ASSISTANT MANAGER - SPARE PARTS (COMMERCIAL VEHICLES)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Executive – Spare Parts to oversee inventory control, procurement, sales coordination, and customer service related to Commercial vehicles - spare parts. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the spare parts department, maintain optimal stock levels, and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in spare parts operations (preferably in Commercial vehicles).
• Strong knowledge of spare parts systems, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Manage the inventory and ensure the availability of essential spare parts. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movement, and usage.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support regarding spare parts.
• Implement strategies.
• Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure part availability.
• Identify and manage risks related to stock shortages or overstocking.
• Supervise and guide junior staff in the department as needed.
