What you need to do
- Manage the storage facility for the BYD Service Center to ensure organized and efficient operations.
- Oversee the incoming spares, equipment, and tools by verifying the brand, quality, model, and quantity against actual orders, and update the system accordingly.
- Supervise the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) and maintain an up-to-date inventory of both regular and special-order parts, based on the workshop's requirements.
- Ensure timely updates of stock records, prepare issue vouchers, and submit them promptly to the finance department when items are issued.
What you need
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge in inventory management systems and warehousing.
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
