Training Coordinator - Learning & Development

Lead our learning journey. Take charge of training coordination—from planning workshops to managing trainers and resources. You’ll work across teams to ensure smooth, impactful learning experiences that support our L&D goals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years in a Learning & Development role, preferably as a Training Coordinator.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
