Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs accurately.
  • Handle food storage and ensure hygiene standards are met.
  • Support kitchen staff with daily operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Basic culinary training or relevant experience preferred.
  • Passionate about cooking and learning new skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Hotel School’s certificates will be an added advantage.
