Open Positions:

  • 1. Executive Chef

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations
    • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
    • Plan and implement menus
    • Introduce new and innovative vegetarian dishes
    • Manage food orders and liaise with suppliers
    • Maintain health and safety regulations
    • Handle kitchen accounts and staff scheduling
    • Deliver excellent customer service
  • 2. Commis I / Commis II

    • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the Executive Chef’s guidance
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
    • Ensure smooth kitchen operations in assigned sections
    • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
    • Follow hygiene and safety regulations
  • 3. Chef (Rice & Curry)

    • Specialize in preparing authentic Sri Lankan rice & curry dishes
    • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
    • Work with fresh, organic ingredients sourced from our farms
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
    • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements (for all positions):

  • Below 40 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Passion for vegetarian cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
