In Sri Lanka FLINTEC employs under European management a team in excess of 900 people in most modern facilities in EPZs in Katunayake & Koggala, dedicated to highest quality work and great ambition to support the expansion of our business.

We are looking for the post of,

PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Katunayake)

Qualifications Required:

• BSc/NDES/NDT in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic or Equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing organization.
• Proven leadership qualities with experience in people handling.
• Knowledge on Productivity Improvement Tools such as Lean Manufacturing, 5s, Kaizen will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral / written / presentation).
• Good analytical skills with a multidisciplinary approach in solution finding.
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems and ERP systems.
• Experience related to Automation, Instrumentation and product / process development will be an added advantage.
