Field Sales Manager
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales execution, distribution expansion, and team performance within an assigned territory. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, improving in-market execution, and maintaining strong distributor and retailer relationships. The role further entails:
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Supervise and coach a team of field sales representatives as per company process and guidelines.
- Monitor daily sales operations and ensure route-to-market effectiveness.
- Ensure month on month achievement of volume, distribution, visibility, and coverage targets.
- Track performance and provide regular feedback and performance reviews to the team.
- Train and develop field sales teams on selling skills and product knowledge.
- Implement trade and promotional activities at the point of sale by guiding the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including pricing and product display at the outlet.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors in the area for sustainable growth.
Who We Want
- The Person Possess a degree in a related field or be part/fully qualified in CIM or SLIM.
- Minimum 7-8 years’ overall experience in Sales.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
