We are looking for someone to join our team as a
SENIOR CORPORATE LAWYER
Velox Partners, a global tech-based legal entity, operates in Australia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, providing innovative legal solutions across 13+ jurisdictions. Beyond conventional practices, we specialize in corporate & commercial, conveyancing, M&A, and due diligence. We are looking for an eager Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our department.
Role:
- Drafting and reviewing various corporate and commercial agreements
- Coordinating with stakeholders and higher management
- Liaising with local and international clients
- Involvement in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, legal research, and advisory
- Conducting training sessions for Paralegals and Legal Associates
Requirements:
- Attorney-at-Law with 5-7 years' experience in drafting and reviewing corporate/commercial agreements
- Expertise in M&A, due diligence, tax law, investment law, private equity, and conveyancing
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and approach challenges with a positive attitude
- Smart, pleasant and outgoing personality
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Capable of managing a team of Paralegals and Legal Associates
