Job Profile

• Responsible for time attendance & Payroll process.
• Following up the performance evaluation process.
• Assisting for day to day HR activities.

Candidate Profile

• Full/Part professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 03 year experiences in same capacity for above responsibilities.
• Sound knowledge about the Labour Laws.
• Good command of English & Computer Literacy.
• Be a driven & committed team player with excellent interpersonal and self-management skills.
• Good communication skill & contact with third party suppliers.
• Preference will be given to those who are within close proximity to Ratnapura.
• Age below 40 years.
