JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in MS Office.
