ASSISTANT MANAGER TALENT ACQUISITION (DAY / STRADDLE)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategies, drive hiring initiatives, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in attracting and acquiring top talent to support the organization’s continued growth and success.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive high-volume recruitment and onboarding efforts to meet the organization’s aggressive growth needs.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations Managers to reconcile hiring requirements and ensure alignment with workforce plans.
  • Ensure requisition requirements are fulfilled as per the specified timelines.
  • Provide regular talent acquisition reports and hiring analytics to the senior leadership.
  • Shortlist and conduct interviews for both Executive and Management level roles.
  • Maintain and manage databases for CVs, service verifications, interview tracking, and recruitment pipelines.
  • Ensure the MIHCM system is effectively used for tracking, reporting, and managing the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment strategies tailored for bulk hiring.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
  • Delegate, monitor and measure the Talent Acquisitions executives’ targets and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in HR and or PQHRM/CQHRM from CIPM.
  • MBA in HRM or related fields would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BPO sector.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to articulate and converse well with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of local recruitment trends and strategies for high-volume hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and ambitious hiring goals.
  • Flexibility to work according to standard US hours and calendar.
  • Three days a week on straddle shift (1 PM to 10 PM) and remaining two days on day shift.
