TRAINING MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement annual training and development plans aligned with business goals
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, skill gap assessments, and stakeholder feedback
- Conduct and coordinate technical, soft skills, and compliance training programs for all staff levels
- Develop internal trainers and oversee external training partnerships
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement measures
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in HRM, Education, or Organizational Development
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or technical service environment
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with competency frameworks, LMS platforms, and adult learning principles
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and analytical skills
