TRAINING MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and implement annual training and development plans aligned with business goals
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis, skill gap assessments, and stakeholder feedback
  • Conduct and coordinate technical, soft skills, and compliance training programs for all staff levels
  • Develop internal trainers and oversee external training partnerships
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement measures
  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in HRM, Education, or Organizational Development
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or technical service environment
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, LMS platforms, and adult learning principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and analytical skills
