STORE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

COLOMBO PREMIUM BRAND STORE

LOCATION:

UNION PLACE, COLOMBO, SRI LANKA.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an energetic and organised Store Operations Coordinator to lead our Colombo store. You will manage day-to-day operations, support the team, and ensure a great experience for every customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and organising tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed GCE A/Ls.
• Experience in retail or store management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in health, fitness, or sports nutrition.
