MANAGER – STRATEGIC INSIGHTS & KPI MANAGEMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain the organization’s KPI framework aligned with strategic business objectives
• Partner with functional leaders to identify, define, and track relevant performance metrics
• Design dashboards and analytical tools to provide timely insights and business intelligence
• Conduct performance trend analysis and identify opportunities for strategic improvement
• Lead regular performance review meetings with key stakeholders and provide actionable insights
• Translate complex data into meaningful, business-friendly insights and executive summaries
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance performance reporting and analytics
• Support strategic planning processes with relevant data and performance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP or a Data Analytics certification) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in performance management, business intelligence, or strategic planning.
• Proven experience in KPI development, dashboarding, and insights delivery in a corporate setting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
