We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be below 30 years of age.

EXECUTIVE - HR & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute company Communication Strategy.
  • Drive Employee Branding Strategies.
  • Create social media content to improve Employer Branding.
  • Execute annual engagement calendar to support increasing the level of employee engagement.
  • Drive employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and reinforce a culture of appreciation.

Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should possess a degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute.
  • Experience in areas of Social Media, content development and Employer Branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong track record in Employee Engagement (minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment).
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as capcut, photoshop and other design/video editing apps.
