Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and provide solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide insights and guidance to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge about BTL activation, Promotion, BTL production and event management.
  • Full/Part Qualification in Advertising, Marketing or Related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a marketing related role.
  • Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • A creative thinker.
