CLIENT CARE EXECUTIVE - INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL INSURANCE

We are currently seeking a driven and accomplished individual to fill the role of an International Medical Insurance Champion.
Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree or an equivalent qualification in Insurance Industry (SLII/CII, SLIM, or CIM preferred.)
- Previous experience in client management within International Medical Insurance is advantageous.
- Exceptional Interpersonal, Problem-solving and Analytical Skills.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is a must; proficiency in Tamil is a plus.
- The ability to build and nurture positive relationships with clients and local and foreign insurance providers.
- Strong IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office, CRM, ERP Systems, and related tools.
Job Responsibilities:
As an International Medical Insurance Champion at Ceynergy, you will:
- Progressively engage and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Efficiently manage policies and oversee customer transactions while ensuring seamless communication.
- Conduct and coordinate meetings with corporate clients, ensuring thorough follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the local and foreign technical teams throughout the quotation process until insurance cover confirmations are secured.
- Uphold confidentiality standards among clients and the insurance companies.
