Executive / Senior Executive - Human Resources ( Male )

Responsibilities of above job will include but are not limited to the followings

• Assisting recruitment processes including job posting and updating the applicant tracing system.
• Support onboarding procedures for new employees including orientation and training coordination.
• Maintaining employee records and databases ensuring accuracy and prepare reports as required.
• Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Execute employee welfare activities.

The Ideal Candidate should possess

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Proficiency of computer literacy (MS Office).
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Candidates should be within Colombo District (Closer proximity to Colombo-06/Wellawatte).
• Male candidates will be preferable.
• Age below 45.
• Must be self-driven and capable of working with minimum supervision.
