Role Highlights:
- Lead all Thrive Initiative operations from production planning, resource allocation, manufacturing to sales.
- Takes initiative and can champion inclusivity and skills development for team members with disabilities.
You Bring:
- Retail operations experience.
- Leadership with the capacity to understand a vulnerable population.
- Skills in finance, communication, and problem-solving.
- BA in Management or a field allied to our work such as Psychology, Education, Design preferred.
- Interest in Design Thinking a plus.

We provide economic empowerment to our trainees through our on-site “Thrive” Sheltered Workshop which manufactures a variety of handmade products for sale.
