CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: EMERGE CENTRE PROGRAMME OFFICER

As such, Emerge is recruiting several people who are passionate about our cause to join our team.

  • Monitoring & Documentation: Lead data collection and maintain programme databases, including pre/post assessments, participant feedback, and facilitator observations to support continuous improvement.
  • Exposure Visits & Documentation: Coordinate weekly exposure visits, assist in logistics, and document experiences through photos/videos, ensuring participant confidentiality is upheld.
  • Programme Improvement & Collaboration: Regularly engage with participants for feedback, collaborate with Centre leadership to refine the programme, and ensure timely reporting of challenges, progress, and insights.
