Transco Cargo(Pvt) Ltd is the Sri Lankan counterpart of the premier freight forwarding and turnkey logistic provider, Transco Cargo Australia (Pty) Ltd, with headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.

We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated and result-oriented candidates for the following positions.

Assistant Customer Services – Female

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Assist in resolving customer issues and follow up as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems as required
• Support the customer service team with daily administrative tasks
• Provide product or service information to customers
• Pertaining to delivery of the shipments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
