Service Coordinator (Male/Female)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Service team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Should possess the GCE (A/L).
- Age below 35 years.
