IMMEDIATE VACANCY FOR IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

UC World Trust Group of Companies Ltd is a fast-growing non-banking Micro Financial Institution in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a dedicated IT support executive to join our Head Office team as IT Support Executive.

PREREQUISITES

• HND or Diploma holder in IT from a recognised institute
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a IT support executive
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English / Sinhala
• Experience with installation/troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with policies
• Provide technical support to end users and liaise with vendors for hardware/software issues
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and be a very good team player
