IT Support Engineer / IT Support Executive - On Site IT HelpDesk and Remote Support

Prima Management Services (Private) Ltd is a subsidiary of the Singapore based, multinational conglomerate, the Prima Group of Companies head quartered in Singapore. PMS provides a comprehensive range of centralized IT services to blue chip companies both in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Due to expanding IT operations in Sri Lanka and the region the company seeks to recruit suitably qualified persons to join the IT Support Division.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

  • A Diploma/Higher Diploma in computer science or IT.
  • A qualification in Microsoft Certification (MCP/MCSA/MCSE/MCTS/MCITP) will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of one years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 server, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 10.
  • Good knowledge in Mobile Apps.
  • ITIL Certification or thorough knowledge in ITIL process will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of trouble shooting and problem solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with Helpdesk Software.
  • Highly developed service approach skills, outgoing personality with priority setting and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide PC/Server hardware, software and network support.
  • Ability to provide Anti-virus administration and management (corporate and personal).
  • Should be willing to travel overseas and to Prima locations in Sri Lanka at short notice for installation and troubleshooting activities.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and flexibility to work on a roster basis.
