CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (TAMIL)

The Ensured Quality Lanka, the Online Matrimonial Service Company is serving Sri Lankans whole over the world and highly motivated to connect them in a Happy Marriage. We are looking for energetic team players to join our Customer Care Department as Customer Care Executive (TAMIL).

Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming calls and explaining service details to customers
  • Follow-up calls with customers
  • Updating CRM system with details and deciding follow-up plan

Requirements

  • Good command of computer literacy
  • Should pass G.C.E A/L & Age 21-30
  • Female or Male fluent in TAMIL (Should be able to speak in Jaffna Slang or Batticalo Slang or Written Tamil)

WORK LOCATION

GALLE ROAD, BAMBALAPITIYA, COLOMBO 04

WORK TIME

Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 5PM
