Finance and HR Executive

A great opportunity to work with a Global Team! Are you passionate about finance, people, and operations? We’re looking for a hands-on Finance and HR Executive to join our Colombo team!
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Finance team in Colombo on day-to-day finance tasks.
- Liaise with the Group HR team in Bangalore (India) and assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, exits, and local HR compliance activities.
- Support daily admin tasks, office coordination, and logistics as and when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree or any professional qualification in Finance (CIMA/CA partly qualified also considered)
- Exposure to HR is preferred. Any professional qualification/certification in HR will be a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal monitoring.
