Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to join our Product development team. As a Pattern Maker, you will play a crucial role in bringing our creative vision to life by translating design concepts into accurate and functional patterns. We believe in fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence in everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to understand the vision and requirements for each garment.
• Develop and create precise patterns based on design sketches and specifications.
• Ensure that patterns are optimized for production efficiency while maintaining design integrity.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any pattern-related issues during the manufacturing process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pattern making techniques.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in a recognised apparel manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in pattern making software (e.g., Gerber).
• Strong knowledge in grading.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail and precision in pattern creation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in handling patterns for NEXT would be added advantage.
