RESIDENT HOTEL MANAGER
Surya Lanka Ayurveda Beach Resort, a 45 room ayurveda hotel established in 1995 catering to European clientele has a vacancy for a Resident Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate should possess the following prerequisites:
- Experience in operations of all hotel departments (Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping)
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams and stakeholders
- Previous experience as a hotel manager with references and service records essential
- 40-60 years of age
- Academic qualification in hotel management/hospitality from a recognised university/hotel school preferred
