Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Implement channel strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Train partners on our products and value proposition to ensure that they accurately represent our brand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner initiatives and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Drive partner enablement activities such as training sessions, workshops, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, and competitive activities, and provide feedback to the internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Channel Partner Manager, Channel Sales Manager, or in a similar role in international markets.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue through channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
