TAX MANAGER

Personnel Profile
  • Professional qualification in the field of taxation.
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance; or qualified/part-qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CPA.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
Job Profile
  • Preparation and timely submission of turnover taxes, including VAT, SVAT, and SSCL, along with related schedules and tax returns, ensuring full compliance with the Inland Revenue Act.
  • Preparation and submission of income tax returns for individuals and companies, in accordance with the Inland Revenue Act.
  • Management of other tax obligations, including Withholding Tax (WHT) and Payee Tax, ensuring compliance with the Inland Revenue Act.
  • Reconciliation of tax payments with the corresponding ledger accounts.
  • Demonstration of strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Ability to negotiate and settle prevailing tax assessments at minimal cost.
  • Preparation and management of accurate and compliant financial statements.
  • Analysis of account data and compilation of comprehensive financial reports.

ASSISTANT TAX MANAGER

Personal Profile
  • Professional qualification in the field of taxation.
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance; or qualified/part-qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CPA.
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
Job Profile
  • Assist in Preparation and timely submission of turnover taxes, including VAT, SVAT, and SSCL, along with related schedules and tax returns, ensuring full compliance with the Inland Revenue Act.
  • Assist in Preparation and submission of income tax returns for individuals and companies, in accordance with the Inland Revenue Act.
  • Assist in Reconciliation of tax payments with the corresponding ledger accounts.
  • Knowledge as Demonstration of strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Assist in Preparation and management of accurate and compliant financial statements.
  • Analysis of account data and compilation of comprehensive financial reports.
