Leadership Opportunity - Chief Project Development Manager

Location: Meethotamulla, Colombo

Are you passionate about social impact and ready to lead transformative community programmes? Diamond Care Foundation (DCF) is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to take on the role of Chief Project Development Manager, spearheading development activities for children and women in the Meethotamulla area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand child development programmes (English, personality, sports)
• Recruit, train, and manage instructors and volunteers
• Develop and implement livelihood programmes for mothers
• Oversee staff, facility operations, and budgets
• Propose and execute impactful community initiatives
• Promote and uphold DCF’s mission, values, and culture

Who We’re Looking For:

A motivated professional with experience in project management, education, or community development. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.
