Human Resource Executive
FUNCTION:
United Tobacco Processing (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a qualified and competent Human Resource Executive to strengthen our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role focuses on maintaining healthy employer-employee relationships and enhancing overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support Current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources.
- Develop and monitor overall HR Strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Support the efficient and timely processing of payroll transactions
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with staff
- Report to Manager - Human Resources and provide decision support through HR Metrics
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Daily Absenteeism and Attrition
- Engage with Employee Council Matters
- Manage Employee Life Cycle activities & HR Documentation
- Oversee daily HR Functions
- Engage with employee engagement activities
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management.
- Hands-on experience with PeoplesHR (hSenid) is essential.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
