We are seeking dynamic, result-driven professionals with the vision, agility, and “samurai spirit” to lead our 35 branches (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) in today’s challenging business climate.

We’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or professional qualifications (SLIM/CIM) would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in managing multi-functional automotive operations.
  • Proven track record in market analysis, dealer network expansion, and branch turnaround strategies.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills with the ability to handle diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with financial acumen, cost control capabilities, and deep commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrates agility, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking in adapting to new market realities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • IT literate - proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in ERP/CRM systems is essential.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, handle complexity, and meet deadlines with precision.

What you’ll do

  • Lead all aspects of branch operations – from strategic planning to hands-on execution across Sales, Service, and Spare Parts.
  • Drive top-line growth by implementing innovative market development initiatives tailored to branch-specific needs.
  • Achieve and surpass performance targets including revenue, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular branch performance analysis and initiate corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with head office and marketing teams to roll out impactful regional campaigns and dealer engagement programs.
  • Oversee inventory and stock turnover to ensure optimum availability and minimal waste.
  • Champion customer-centricity by creating a service culture that exceeds expectations.
  • Mentor, develop, and discipline cross-functional teams to maximize productivity and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, financial protocols, and safety standards.
  • Utilize ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for effective operations, planning, and reporting.
  • Manage high-pressure scenarios with composure and deliver results against demanding timelines.
  • Ability to work in any part of the country or geographic area.
