Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily villa operations and guest services
- Manage bookings and guest check-ins/check-outs
- Liaise with housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Help maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Completed A/L (Advanced Level) education
- Basic English-speaking skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage (but not required)
- Applicants residing within a 40KM radius of Chilaw and possessing a valid driving license are encouraged to apply.
