VEHICLE MAINTENANCE & INSURANCE COORDINATOR
We are looking for experienced candidates who are well-organized & presentable with excellent in insurance / vehicle maintenance background.
Job role insurance coordinator:
- Renew annual insurance policies.
- Call quotations from competitive insurance companies & finalize.
- Coordinate with insurance agents regarding insurance claims.
- Follow-up accident claims of vehicles with vehicle maintenance officer & get claims from insurance companies immediately.
- Preparing reports and maintaining records pertaining to insurance renewals and claims.
- Maintain insurance files with all the policy details.
Job role vehicle maintenance coordinator:
- Inspect all the vehicles with the company.
- Call quotation for vehicle repairs, lorry body repairs and lorry brandings.
- Manage the repair and maintenance activities of all vehicles.
- Follow up to renew the vehicle revenue license.
- Ensure emissions requirements.
- Fuel (Diesel) issuing records maintaining.
- Check drivers running charts.
- Maintains vehicle details files with all the warranty and detailed bills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Sound knowledge of the related field and for insurance coordinator should have a minimum qualification of insurance related diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Detailed knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Age between 30 – 40.
