Executive Retail Manager
(Singer Mega Showroom Manager)

The position holder will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, leading and motivating a team to achieve targets, ensuring that excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times, and ensuring that the store complies with all administrative guidelines.
Job Profile
- Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store.
- Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products.
- Train shop assistants on product knowledge and customer handling.
- Inspect all areas of the store and proactively resolve any issues.
Personal Profile
- Degree or a related professional qualification
- More than 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales and Key Account Management preferably in the Retail Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible to travel as required to meet with clients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
