Talent Acquisition Consultant
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter based in Sri Lanka to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves managing client relationships and recruiting top-tier candidates for opportunities primarily located in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: role intake, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Act as the point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Source and screen candidates for assigned roles.
- Write engaging job ads and maintain accurate role information in the ATS.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate cultural and technical fit.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and a professional recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, feedback, and pipeline data.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Recruitie) is an advantage.
