JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER CARE RELATIONS

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Resolve issues by understanding problems, providing solutions, and following up
  • Prepare reports by analyzing customer data

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil language would be an added advantage)
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
