MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Ability to lead the HR department and oversee all areas including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee development.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
