IT & ERP ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous work experience in IT & ERP systems (Freshers are also welcome)
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in providing basic technical support to end-users
• Help maintain and update ERP system data
• Support basic troubleshooting of ERP and PC related issues
• Assist in documenting processes and creating user guides
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

SKILLS THAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE

• Basic knowledge of any ERP system
• Basic understanding of databases
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
