Head of Aftermarket & Service Operations

Location: Sapugaskanda, Makola | Based in Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the after-sales service and workshop operations.
  • Oversee both the sales team and operational team of the workshop.
  • Grow workshop revenue by bringing in new corporate clients and increasing sales.
  • Supervise the spare parts division and ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand service operations island-wide.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch-level after-sales service performance and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in after-sales or service operations in the automobile, power generator, HVAC, or related industry.
  • Age below 45 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Automobile, or a relevant field. MBA is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building ability.
  • Strong market understanding and ability to drive service-based sales.
  • Willing to travel as required to manage branch-level operations.
