POST OF SENIOR AFTERMARKET EXECUTIVE
(Employment will be based in Maldives)
We are expanding our Aftermarket Department and seeking a Senior Aftermarket Executive who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aftermarket services. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth and success of our business.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Success: Generate sales from both existing and new customers, achieving monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets.
- Handle Quotations and Invoicing: Prepare professional quotations and manage the invoicing process with precision and attention to detail.
- Service Coordination: Follow up on service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate Effectively: Coordinate with technicians and customers to manage ongoing jobs seamlessly.
- Prepare Reports: Create sales and management reports to provide valuable insights and updates to the leadership team.
- Oversee Administration: Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, follow-ups, and support activities related to aftermarket services.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Generator Industry or Heavy Equipment Aftersales service is highly advantageous.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar job role.
- Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Technical Proficiency: Sound IT literacy, including proficiency in the MS Office package and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Self-Motivation & Results-Orientation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Willingness to Relocate: A readiness to be based in the Maldives, embracing the unique opportunities and challenges of the region.
