SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (WENNAPPUWA)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment, onboarding, performance and engagement
- Oversee evaluations and support ongoing employee development
- Foster a positive work culture and handle employee matters with care
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Lead engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture
- Advise management on HR strategy and organizational growth
- Maintain leave and attendance records via HRIS
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 8–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing or food processing
- Proficient in HR processes, HRIS (Odoo), payroll, and MS Office
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (written and verbal)
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
