Job Specification:

• Qualifications: BSc Degree, HND, or NDT in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; prior experience in electrical panel board manufacturing or servicing is a definite advantage
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to travel to site locations as required

Job Description

• Manage service jobs and attend to electrical panel breakdowns
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department and Sales Team to ensure timely availability of materials and fulfillment of customer requirements
• Attend to site work for rectification or completion of incomplete panel installations
• Create commercial offers for annual service agreements, site modification jobs, and inspection charges
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
