MANAGER
REGIONAL PROPERTY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve the annual, monthly sales targets.
- Recommend properties for purchasing after visiting them and reviewing all required data.
- When acquiring and reselling lands, ensure legal compliance and adhering to local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct market surveys related to land sales, competitors, market trends, and recommend prices at which our lands can be sold.
- Carry out marketing campaigns along with the sales team to generate sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct, ensuring transparency and trustworthiness in all transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in property management and or real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- A degree from a recognised university or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Adequate experience in the trade will be considered in place of academic qualifications for exceptionally experienced candidates.
- Sound business acumen, technical know-how and exceptional skills in multitasking, good understanding of the legislations and regulations relevant to the sector.
- Excellent selling skills with good verbal and written communication in Sinhala & English.
