Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Operations or a related field.
• 2—3 years of experience required in Manufacturing. Preferably FMCG and food.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in production planning software and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee production activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production timelines and budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues in real time.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
