Overview of the Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Executive to support and manage daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing resource use, and meeting output targets on time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up and control the daily production targets and achieve targets within the given time frame.
- Manage workers effectively and efficiently to maximize the production efficiency.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Perform regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures in the production area.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Technical and Sales, to optimize production processes.
- Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources.
- Identifying and resolving production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages, to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Any other responsibility or duty assigned by the production manager.
Education Required and Experience Required:
- Higher National Diploma or more than NVQ Level 5 Qualification in Production/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Production/Mechanical Manufacturing industry.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound Knowledge of Manufacturing processes of Precast.
- Knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques, processes and materials.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawings.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
