OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new customer segments and revenue opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to diverse market needs
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt and stay ahead
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Travel as required to meet clients and expand the business footprint

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of successful Sales experience in the Automobile, Leasing, Finance or Insurance sectors.
  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition techniques and strategic sales planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Open to travel based on business requirements.
  • Age must be below 35.
